Mount One (瓏山1號) is a single 29-storey residential tower at 39 Luen Hing Street in Luen Wo Hui, Fanling, Hong Kong, developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties. It has 144 flats of two to four bedrooms, with levels 13, 14 and 24 omitted. Floors 1 to 3 form a 60-space car park, and a Japanese garden with a preserved mature native tree sits outside the ground-floor lobby.

The developer Sun Hung Kai Properties completed this residential project in 2014 as part of growth in the New Territories. The building marked an expansion of housing options in the northern region.
