The Baoneng Shenyang Global Financial Center is an under-construction complex of seven buildings in Shenyang's Youth Avenue Golden Corridor: five 200-meter apartment towers completed in 2018, a topped-out 328-meter office tower on hold since 2022, and a redesigned 388-meter main tower with 78 above-ground floors, designed by Atkins.

Construction began in 2014 on a seven-building complex: two office towers and five apartment blocks. The residential towers were finished in 2018, while the 328-metre Tower 2 topped out and was then on hold from 2022 until work resumed in December 2025. Tower 1, first planned at 568 metres, was capped by China's ban on buildings over 500 metres and redesigned to 388 metres, with completion expected in 2027.

The complex is named after its developer, Baoneng Group, and was previously called Baoneng GFC; the Chinese source now lists it as Shenyang International Center. Its architect, Zhang Guoyan of the British firm Atkins, also designed Shenzhen's Shun Hing Square. The site sits in the Jinqiang (Golden Corridor) area along Qingnian Avenue.

The complex sits in the Jinqiang corridor along Qingnian Avenue, where the residential towers were finished in 2018 while the two office towers are still building sites. Expect construction fencing and heavy-vehicle traffic around the unfinished towers; viewing is from the street. Tower 2, topped out at 328 metres, resumed work in December 2025.

Tower 1 was first planned at 568 metres and reached nine floors before work stopped; a national ban on buildings over 500 metres forced the height down repeatedly until that design was scrapped and replaced by a 388-metre scheme. The 328-metre Tower 2 topped out and then sat on hold from 2022 until work resumed in December 2025.
