Wilhelm-Waiblinger-Haus is a building at Schützenstraße 16 in Heilbronn, erected in 1927 under the direction of the city's Hochbauamt as a youth hostel on the Hammelwasen. It originally held seven large dormitories, a meeting hall, two day rooms and eleven single rooms, with about 100 beds. Today it houses the Stadt- und Kreisjugendring, the Popbüro Heilbronn-Franken with its recording studio, the Antidiskriminierungsstelle and the Computer Club 86.

Built in 1927 by the Heilbronn building authority as a youth hostel on the Hammelwasen, it opened on 17 July 1927 with seven large dormitories, a hall, two day rooms and eleven single rooms, about 100 beds. After serving as the employment office it reopened as a hostel on 9 July 1950, was renamed Reinhardt-Heim in 1952 for hostel father Karl Reinhardt, killed by a shell in 1945, and later housed the vehicle registration office.

The building is named after the poet Wilhelm Waiblinger, a name it has carried since 1978, when the Stadt- und Kreisjugendring moved in. That umbrella organisation currently counts 65 member clubs and associations. Its courtyard hosted the twelfth Viel-und-draußen festival in 2012, giving regional bands such as The Prophecy 23 and Circle of Silence a stage.

The building stands at Schützenstraße 16 in the Bahnhofsvorstadt quarter, where the Heilbronner Quartierszentrum Bahnhofsvorstadt also has its rooms. The Stadt- und Kreisjugendring uses it as a contact and advice point for young people and as a coordination office for its 65 member associations, so the house is a working office rather than a museum.

The building was renamed Reinhardt-Heim in 1952 at the request of mayor Paul Meyle, honouring Karl Reinhardt, a former hostel father killed by a grenade in 1945. The name Wilhelm-Waiblinger-Haus only came with the Stadt- und Kreisjugendring's move into the house in 1978.
