The Hofgut Menschenhaus estate spans across extensive grounds surrounded by forest areas between Neunkirchen and Eschweilerhof, featuring traditional German architecture.
Johannes-Nikolaus Mensch, a gamekeeper for Prince Wilhelm Heinrich of Nassau-Saarbrücken, directed the construction of this estate in 1754.
The estate remained in the Mensch family until 1895, when the Schloss Brewery of Neunkirchen acquired it and transformed it into a hospitality establishment.
Currently operated by Grunder Gourmet catering service since 2014, the estate offers multiple spaces for events and celebrations throughout the year.
The property evolved from its initial form as Menschenhütte to become an integral part of Neunkirchen's administrative structure after the 1974 regional reforms.
