Augustinerinnenkloster Adelheiden

Augustinerinnenkloster Adelheiden is a former convent for women near Hegne, where nuns lived according to Augustinian monastic rule for centuries. The site comprises a chapel and residential buildings located approximately half an hour on foot from Allensbach.

Parts of the original monastery church were deliberately moved to other parishes and now reside in Hegne village chapel and St. Verena church in Dettingen. This dispersal shows how elements of the site preserved its spiritual importance across neighboring communities.
