Villa Adlon, Protected architectural villa in Neu Fahrland, Potsdam, Germany

Villa Adlon is a residential property along the Lehnitzsee lakeshore featuring neo-baroque design with a single-story main building, guest house, and boat house. The grounds include multiple structures arranged across landscaped areas and provide access to the water.

The property was built in 1925 by architect Hans Rottmayer for hotelier Louis Adlon. It later hosted Soviet naval officers and subsequently served as a school and public institution under East German administration.

The villa transformed from a private residence into various public institutions, including a children's clinic and civil defense school during the German Democratic Republic period.

The site sits along the lakeshore and is easily accessible from land, making it straightforward to view the exterior and grounds. Visitors can take time to walk around the property and appreciate its waterfront location.

The property served as a filming location for the third season of the television series Babylon Berlin, gaining international visibility through the production. This role brought its architectural features to audiences worldwide.
