St. Christophorus, Catholic church in Werne, Germany.

The church building features an octagonal baptismal font with reliefs and large windows in the choir area that rank among the largest in Westphalia.

The parish dates back to the 11th century and belonged to Cappenberg monastery from 1139 until 1803, with major renovations occurring around 1450.

The interior contains a wooden statue of Saint Christopher created by Johann Adam Ney in 1840 and a double Madonna from the 15th century.

The church maintains eight bells in its tower, each with specific musical pitches, ranging from historic 15th-century pieces to modern additions from 2021.

Archaeological excavations in 1995 uncovered a priest's grave containing a decorated chasuble, now displayed at the Karl-Pollender City Museum.
