Park Bostalsee
Park Bostalsee is a holiday village in Nohfelden in the Saarland with vacation homes and outdoor activities situated directly on the lake. The resort includes comfort and premium houses for two to ten guests, a water park with slides, restaurants, a small store, sports courts for volleyball and tennis, playgrounds, a petting zoo, and bike rentals.
Park Bostalsee opened in summer 2013 and has since become a popular holiday destination in the region. The lake itself has long been a focal point for local residents, but the park's opening marked the development of extensive tourist facilities and leisure amenities.
The park takes its name from Bostalsee, the lake that shapes the character of this area and draws people to spend time together in the landscape. Visitors notice how the water and surrounding nature influence daily rhythms and bring families to use the waterside and pathways throughout the day.
The park is easily accessible by car and has parking areas near the vacation homes. For longer stays, guests can pre-book meal packages such as breakfast or half-board, and several on-site restaurants plus a small store provide flexible dining options.
The water park Aqua Mundo within the resort features water slides up to 142 feet (43 meters) long and a special water playhouse for children with a water wheel and interactive games. This extensive water facility is among the main attractions and is included in the accommodation price.
