Rulantica, Water park in Rust, Germany
Rulantica is a water park in Rust with more than 50 slides and water features distributed across 14 themed zones. The areas display Nordic-inspired buildings and landscaping.
The water park opened in November 2019 as an addition to Europa-Park. This expansion brought a new leisure offer to the region in southern Germany.
The names of areas and attractions come from Nordic mythology, with runes and wood carvings marking the architecture. Visitors see recreated fjords and ice facades that recall Scandinavian landscapes.
The park opens daily from 10 AM to 10 PM and offers different tickets, including evening passes and rates for groups of 20 or more people. Some slides have minimum height requirements for use.
The Vikingløp attraction offers eight parallel lanes where multiple people can race against each other at the same time. Each lane displays the descent time of participants at the end.
