Cube berlin

Cube berlin is a contemporary office building in Europacity near the main train station, defined by a reflective glass facade that responds to its surroundings. The double-skin exterior with a variable air cavity between its layers supports natural ventilation and efficient temperature management across its ten floors.

The site lay dormant for decades while legal restrictions on development in the emerging district remained unresolved. Construction accelerated after these constraints were lifted, with completion in 2020 as the neighborhood transformed.

The structure functions as a temporary welcome center for Ukrainian refugees arriving at Berlin's main train station, providing essential support services.

The building is easily reached from the main train station and sits within the developing Europacity neighborhood. Its accessible location and good transport connections make it a straightforward destination to visit in the district.

Between the outer glass skin and inner thermal layer exists an air cavity ranging from 30 centimeters to 2 meters, enabling natural ventilation.
