Hofanlage Pennigbeck 6 is a 19th-century farmstead in Syke-Osterholz consisting of a brick residential and economic building in the Gründerzeit style, built as a Low German hall house with segmental and round arches over the gate, doors and windows, plus a former smithy with a gabled roof. The main building's interior is preserved in its original form; other non-listed buildings complete the group.

Osterholz was first mentioned around 1250 as Osterholte in the Bremen bridge list. The farmstead itself dates from the 19th century: a brick residential and farm building in the Gründerzeit style, shaped as a Low German hall house, with a former smithy under a gabled roof.
