Architect Alexandros Nikoloudis completed the construction of Livieratos Mansion between 1908 and 1909, marking an early example of 20th-century Greek architecture.
The mansion received recognition as both a protected building and a listed archaeological site, reflecting its importance in Greek architectural heritage.
Located near Patission and 3rd September Streets, the mansion stands 400 meters from Plateia Victoria Metro station, offering multiple transportation options.
This residence remains the only known building designed by architect Alexandros Nikoloudis at the start of the 20th century in Athens.
