From 1963 to 2003, the building served as headquarters for both the French Institute and the Atomic Energy Commission before changing ownership in 2004.
The International Energy Agency maintains its headquarters within this building, alongside sections of the French Ministry of Education and insurance companies.
Located at 31-35 Rue de la Fédération, the building includes an employee restaurant, meeting rooms, a cafeteria, and parking space for 300 vehicles.
The renovation project required lowering all windowsills by 30 centimeters and demolishing one-third of existing floors to optimize natural light distribution.
