Paroisse Saint-Honoré-d'Eylau is a Catholic parish in the 16th arrondissement of Paris serving the local community through multiple worship spaces. It operates the main church along with two additional chapels to accommodate different worship needs and groups.

A chapel dedicated to the Sacré-Cœur was built in 1855 in the plain of Passy, then attached to Paris in 1860. The parish of Saint-Honoré-de-la-Plaine was created in 1862 and later took the name Saint-Honoré d'Eylau, with the old church becoming the parish church. The new church on avenue Raymond-Poincaré became the parish church in 1974, and since 1979 the parish has housed the monastery of the Présence de Dieu.

The parish keeps three places of worship in the 16th arrondissement: the old church on place Victor-Hugo, the new church on avenue Raymond-Poincaré, and the chapel Saint-Albert-le-Grand at 38 rue Spontini, which serves Paris's German-speaking Catholic community. Since 1979 it has also housed the monastery of the Presence of God, whose contemplative nuns follow the Bethlehem, Assumption of the Virgin and Saint Bruno rules.
