Tiger Express is a steel roller coaster at La Mer de Sable amusement park near Fontainebleau. It winds through the landscape with sharp turns and sudden drops that change direction quickly, creating a fast-paced ride experience.
The ride was originally installed in the Netherlands in 2000 as Flying Dutchman Gold Mine at a theme park. It was relocated to La Mer de Sable in 2010 and renamed Tiger Express.
Manufactured by Mack Rides, this Wild Mouse model coaster represents a generation of compact attractions designed for medium-sized European theme parks.
The ride is short and intense, so be ready for quick movements and tight turns. Early morning or late afternoon visits usually mean shorter queues and a better experience overall.
The design of this coaster was created by a French production designer to blend seamlessly with the park landscape. The visual elements work alongside the mechanical structure to create a cohesive experience.
