This residential tower was built between 1960 and 1963 as part of a major renovation project to transform the old Saint-Sébastien district into a modern residential area. The project replaced older structures with contemporary architecture that shaped the neighborhood's character.

The tower showcases the modern design language of the 1960s and has become a recognizable part of Nancy's skyline. Its lower level connects directly to shops and local services, making it a functional part of daily life in this neighborhood.

The building is accessible from street level where shops and services are conveniently located within the lower section. Underground parking spans four levels if you arrive by car or need vehicle access.
