Hôtel de Lannion, Private mansion in 7th arrondissement, France
The Hôtel de Lannion stands at 75 Rue de Lille, featuring classical architecture with ionic pilasters and symmetrical garden facades with period decorations.
Built in 1754 by architect Jean Damun for Jacques Hocquart and Pierre Salles, the building received its name from Count Lannion who rented it.
The interior maintains Louis XV style decorations, including a grand salon, an alcove room, and a ground floor dining room with stucco ornamentation.
The building received monument historique protection in 1954 and 1958, covering its garden facade, roofing, and various interior decorative elements.
In autumn 2022, the property changed ownership through a significant sale of 47.95 million euros to a business executive.
