Rukatunturi

Rukatunturi is a 493-meter mountain in the Kuusamo landscape that provides 41 slopes and 22 lifts for winter sports. The terrain ranges from beginner to advanced runs across the fall, offering choices for different skill levels and preferences.

The first slope opened in 1954 as Eturinne, starting the resort's growth into a major winter sports destination. From this modest beginning, development expanded over decades to create the current range of slopes and facilities.
