The manor's kitchen celebrates Finnish culinary traditions by preparing meals on-site using ingredients from local producers and their own pasture-raised lambs.

The facility functions as a charter restaurant with multiple event spaces that can accommodate groups ranging from 10 to 250 people.

During summer months, 30 to 40 lambs from Pudasjärvi graze freely in the mansion's pastures before being prepared for the restaurant's menus.
