Kroatiska försvararna från Hemlandskrigets bro is a 48-metre steel footbridge over the Mrtvi kanal (Dead Channel) in central Rijeka, between two road bridges. Its walkway is ribbed aluminium-magnesium alloy plate, and the glass balustrades carry wooden handrails with concealed light guides. On the left bank stand two flat reinforced-concrete columns 7.5 m high clad in aluminium, with a place for flowers and candles.

The bridge was built in 2001 and honors those who departed from this location for combat during the early 1990s conflict. It marks a turning point in Rijeka's urban development following a difficult period.

The bridge serves as a natural gathering point where locals pass through on their daily routines, connecting neighborhoods across the water. It functions as part of the city's everyday pulse rather than as an isolated memorial.

The bridge is 48 metres long and 5.44 metres wide, with a walking surface of corrugated aluminium-magnesium alloy and glass railings with wooden handrails. It links the Korzo pedestrian zone via Ban Josip Jelačić Square to the Delta area, which was a car park in 2015. The memorial columns stand on the left bank.

The walkway is made of ribbed aluminium-magnesium alloy panels, not wood, and the glass balustrade hides a light guide inside its wooden handrails. The memorial on the left bank consists of two flat reinforced-concrete columns 7.5 m tall clad in aluminium profiles, with a place beside them for laying flowers and lighting candles.
