Holy Trinity column, Baroque memorial column in Castle District, Hungary.

The limestone Holy Trinity Column rises 15 meters high in front of Matthias Church, featuring religious statues and detailed relief carvings.

After a severe plague outbreak in 1691, the city council of Buda ordered the construction of this monument as a memorial for the victims.

The column includes representations of saints, angels, and the Holy Trinity, along with three relief panels depicting scenes from the plague period.

Visitors can reach the memorial by taking bus line 16 to Szentháromság tér stop, located in the heart of Budapest's Castle District.

The hexagonal base displays six different saint statues, including Saint Roch showing his wounds and Saint Christopher carrying Baby Jesus.
