Solomon Tower, Visegrád, Medieval tower and museum in Visegrád, Hungary.

The Solomon Tower rises 31 meters high with walls reaching 8 meters in thickness, forming part of the Lower Castle complex in Visegrád.

Built during the 13th century under King Béla IV's reign, the tower served as a fortress controlling routes between Buda and Esztergom along the Danube.

The Szent György Order conducts medieval tournaments and drum parades at the adjacent field throughout spring and autumn seasons.

The tower opens from May through September, with weekend hours from 09:00 to 17:00, offering reduced admission for visitors aged 6 to 26.

Two permanent exhibitions present Visegrád's history from prehistoric times and showcase the 14th-century ornamental fountain from the Royal Palace.
