Water tower of Siófok, Water tower and tourist center in Siófok, Hungary.

The Water tower of Siófok is a cylindrical structure 41 meters tall rising from the city center. It features glass elevators and multiple viewing decks offering views across the lake and surrounding landscape.

The structure was built in 1912 and supplied water to the city for many decades. During World War II, German forces used the building, and it eventually ceased functioning as a water supply facility.

The tower displays exhibitions about Siófok's development and Lake Balaton through interactive elements and games. Visitors can learn about local history in an engaging way.

Glass elevators make reaching the top easy and accessible, with viewing levels at different heights offering varied perspectives. The upper levels are best visited in clear weather for optimal visibility.

The second level houses an oxygen bar where visitors can breathe highly pure oxygen while viewing the Tihany Peninsula and surrounding hills. This unusual offering combines relaxation with panoramic views in a distinctive way.
