The religious building features wooden structures with strong arches forming an ark shape and wings extending from its anthropomorphic main structure.
Architect Imre Makovecz designed the church during the communist period, with construction led by Pastor Márton Józsa in challenging circumstances.
The church interior displays Norwegian medieval wooden architectural influences and includes a sculpture of the Resurrected Christ by László Péterffy above the altar.
Located at Fő utca 220, the church opens daily for visitors and serves Lutheran tourists from Northern Europe who frequent Lake Balaton during summer.
The parsonage includes a circular congregation room with a wooden cupola where the original construction table and cross remain on display.
