The Ambassador Cinema building features one screen and accommodates 1200 visitors in a combination of regular seats and private boxes.

Built in 1764 as part of the Rotunda Hospital, the structure transformed into a cinema in 1910 and continued screening films until its closure in 1999.

The venue presented diverse entertainment forms, from early moving pictures to major film releases like Titanic during the 1990s.

Located at 165 Parnell Street in Dublin 1, the former cinema now functions as an exhibition hall and event center for various productions.

In 1966, the cinema mounted a World War I airplane on its roof to promote the screening of The Blue Max film.
