Bellevue House, County Wicklow, 18th-century country house in Delgany, Ireland
The mansion featured large glasshouses and gardens spread across 300 acres of land overlooking the Glen of the Downs and Irish Sea.
David La Touche, a Dublin banker, purchased the Ballydonagh estate in 1753 and built Bellevue House between 1754 and 1756 for £30,000.
The decorative elements of the house included detailed stained glass artworks depicting scenes of chemists at work and fishermen at night.
The location where Bellevue House stood is now part of the Delgany Golf Club, situated 25 kilometers south of Dublin.
The property contained a 650-foot conservatory completed in 1793, incorporating an orangery, cherry house, peach house, and vinery.
