Mariners' Church, Dún Laoghaire

Mariners' Church is a church building in Dún Laoghaire featuring a spacious nave, transepts, and a chancel added later, all designed in Gothic style. The structure is marked by pointed arch windows and was originally planned as a chapel for seafarers.

The foundation stone was laid in 1836 following special Parliamentary approval, and the building was consecrated in 1843. It later transformed from a place of worship into Ireland's National Maritime Museum.
