Kfar Zeitim

Kfar Zeitim is a moshav in the Lower Galilee built on elevated terrain and surrounded by olive groves that shape its landscape. The settlement maintains its agricultural layout with fields and farmsteads that define the character of the community.

The settlement was founded in 1950 by Yemenite immigrants who established their first community in this region. Over time, Kurdish families also arrived and helped shape the social fabric of the place.

The Kfar Zeitim Yeshiva provides education for Ultra-Orthodox Jewish students, combining religious studies with practical training in computers, carpentry, and agriculture.

The moshav is easily reached by good road connections and lies relatively close to Tiberias. It maintains its quiet rural character, so visitors should have realistic expectations about available facilities.

Kurdish immigrants joined the original Yemenite settlers over time, creating a diverse community that maintains traditional farming practices in the Lower Galilee.
