Mishkenot Ruth Daniel is a building on Jerusalem Boulevard at Jaffa Municipality Square, where the boulevard meets Ben Zvi Road. Its three upper floors hold a 63-room guesthouse, six classrooms, a dining hall and a cafeteria, and its roof gives a panoramic view of Tel Aviv and Jaffa. It faces a plaza and the historic fountain at the junction.

The building stands on the site of Tel Aviv's first amusement park, which operated from 1952 until the opening of Luna Park Tel Aviv. This past shaped how the area is understood as a place for leisure and gathering.

The center hosts musical performances and shared celebrations where people of different beliefs come together in one space. Weekly Shabbat ceremonies here are designed to welcome everyone and encourage dialogue between different religious communities.

Visitors can join guided tours that explore Tel Aviv and Jaffa, with the rooftop terrace offering a natural spot to take a break. Access to classrooms and communal areas works for people with different mobility needs.
