Kollam Beach

Kollam Beach is a wide sandy shore along the Arabian Sea coast with coconut palms and traditional fishing boats. The beach stretches along the bay with open water views and vegetated areas near the shore.

The beach is accessible from 6 AM to 6 PM with lifeguards on duty and changing rooms near the main entrance. Visitors should pay attention to local conditions and follow guidance from beach staff.

Between December and March, migratory birds including terns, gulls, and sandpipers gather along the shore during their seasonal journey. Bird watchers can spot a wide variety of species during these months.
