Chari sambhu temple

Chari Sambhu temple is a complex with two main structures built together on a single platform, creating a unified sacred space. The left temple honors Sidheswar while the right temple honors Nilamadhava, with both buildings positioned side by side.

The temple was established in the ninth century under the Bhanja dynasty, which governed the Boudh and Sonepur regions of eastern Odisha. This period of creation shaped the spiritual landscape of the area for many centuries.
