Rashtriya Dalit Prerna Sthal and Green Garden

Rashtriya Dalit Prerna Sthal and Green Garden is a memorial and public park situated beside the Yamuna River, featuring a small museum and numerous sandstone sculptures. The grounds include themed areas honoring social leaders and provide walkways for visitors to explore different sections.

The memorial was established in 2011 under the direction of a former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh to honor those who fought for rights and dignity. Construction faced temporary delays due to environmental concerns near a protected wildlife sanctuary.

The site displays statues of leaders like Bhimrao Ambedkar and Sant Shiromani Raidass who fought for social justice. Visitors encounter figures honoring those who championed human rights and equality.

The site is walkable and offers open green spaces with benches at various points for resting and viewing the sculptures. Comfortable footwear is recommended as visitors walk between different sections and should bring water on warm days.

The grounds feature more than two dozen carved elephant sculptures created in impressive detail. These large stone figures form a distinctive feature of the park and attract visitors seeking memorable photographs.
