Subhas Chandra Bose statue

The monument underwent restoration in 2008 with fresh paint and dedicated lighting from two lamp posts that make it stand out at night. This modernization by the Hooghly River Bridge Commissioners gave the older memorial a polished appearance in contemporary times.
