The Regional Archaeological Museum displays ancient artifacts, sculptures, and coins discovered throughout the Aosta Valley region.
The museum preserves and exhibits numerous relics from prehistoric settlements through Roman colonization, documenting the evolution of civilization in this Alpine area.
The permanent collection includes tools, pottery, and everyday objects that illustrate the customs and traditions of ancient inhabitants in the Aosta Valley.
Operating hours change seasonally, with extended summer hours from April to September, 9:00-19:00, and winter hours from October to March, 10:00-13:00 and 14:00-18:00.
The museum recorded different visitor patterns over recent years, with 32,113 visitors in 2019, decreasing to 18,547 in 2020.
