The Chapel of Bishop Eroli stands in the right aisle of Spoleto Cathedral, featuring an apse decorated with detailed frescoes and stone moldings.
Bishop Costantino Eroli commissioned the construction of this religious space in 1497, marking a period of substantial architectural development in the cathedral.
The interior contains frescoes by Pinturicchio depicting the Madonna with Child between Saint John the Baptist and Saint Leonardo in a lake landscape.
Visitors can access the chapel through the cathedral's right aisle, where they will find it positioned next to the Chapel of the Assumption.
The chapel housed an octagonal baptismal font until 1845, decorated with eight white stone reliefs showing scenes from the life of Jesus.
