Museum Adriano Bernareggi, Diocesan art museum in Lower Town, Bergamo, Italy.
The Museum Adriano Bernareggi displays religious artworks from the 15th century to present day within the Palazzo Bassi-Rathgeb, built in 1520.
The palace that houses the museum was designed by Pietro Isabello for the Cassotti family and underwent substantial renovations between 1736 and 1741.
The museum exhibits works by Giovanni Battista Moroni, Lorenzo Lotto, and contemporary artists in a layout that connects traditional Christian themes with modern interpretations.
The museum welcomes visitors from Wednesday through Friday between 15:00 and 18:00, with weekend visits available through advance reservations.
The exhibition spaces combine ancient religious pieces with modern artworks, including Gianriccardo Piccoli's installations alongside 16th-century religious paintings.
