Monte Spigolino

Monte Spigolino is a mountain summit in Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna that rises to 1827 meters and features formations of grey sandstone. The plateau at the top offers wide views across the Apennines.

The area around the mountain was used militarily during World War II, especially the mountain pass of Croce Arcana nearby. This strategic location shaped the local history of the mountain landscape.
