Palazzo del Nuoto, Swimming venue in Santa Rita district, Turin, Italy

The Palazzo del Nuoto contains two 50-meter pools, including a main Olympic pool and a training pool, with a total water surface of 1,475 square meters.

Construction of the facility began in 2004, faced several delays due to structural issues, and finally opened its doors to the public in May 2011.

The building represents a collaboration between Japanese architect Arata Isozaki and Italian architect Pier Paolo Maggiora, combining Eastern and Western design approaches.

The facility provides seating for 1,192 spectators, includes two fully equipped gyms, and offers parking spaces for 190 vehicles across two underground levels.

The structure features a distinctive roof that extends 16 meters over Via Filadelfia, supported by prefabricated panels covered in stainless steel.
