Rocche del Crasto, Mountain summit in Sicily, Italy

The Rocche del Crasto rises to 1,315 meters above sea level, featuring steep cliffs made of gray crystalline rocks and white-pink dolomitic limestone.

The geological formation of Rocche del Crasto dates back to the Mesozoic era, with its distinct rock structures shaped through millions of years.

The mountain connects three historic villages: Longi, San Marco d'Alunzio, and Alcara Li Fusi, each contributing to the regional heritage of Nebrodi.

Three marked hiking trails in Zone A of Nebrodi Park lead to the summit, with each route taking approximately two and a half hours to complete.
