Constructed in the late 16th century as Palazzo Pucci, the building became the headquarters of Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze in 1865 through its purchase by Cosimo Ridolfi.
The 1957 renovation by architect Giovanni Michelucci transformed the building into a modern banking space while maintaining its historic Florentine facade.
The structure spans multiple floors and includes public halls, office spaces, and vault areas, now serving as headquarters for Banca Intesa San Paolo.
The archive within the building preserves 260 linear meters of documents, photographs, and drawings dating from the 16th century to present day.
