The Pinacoteca San Domenico displays a collection of paintings and sculptures spanning from the 14th to 18th centuries within a former church building.
Established in 2006, this museum emerged from the restoration of a Dominican church by the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Fano to preserve regional art.
The museum exhibits twenty-seven restored canvases and panels, including works by Giovanni Andrea Lazzarini and Felice Torelli, previously housed at Palazzo Malatestiano.
Visitors can explore the museum on Saturdays and Sundays from 16:30 to 19:30, with special summer hours from July to September from 21:00 to 23:00.
The gallery contains stone and wooden elements from the original temple, carefully preserved and repositioned in their initial locations throughout the building.
