Aquapiper

Aquapiper is a water park in Guidonia Montecelio featuring multiple water slides, wave pools, and landscaped green spaces for relaxation. The facility includes restaurants, shops, game rooms, and picnic areas to meet various visitor needs.

The park opened in summer 1990 as a popular destination for regional visitors. Following financial difficulties, it closed in 2014 until new ownership acquired and reopened the facility in 2018.

The water park served as a filming location for several Italian films, including Carlo Verdone's 1995 movie 'Viaggi di nozze'. Visitors today can still recognize the spots where scenes were filmed and trace the park's connection to Italian cinema.

The park provides various facilities on-site, including complimentary sun lounger and umbrella rentals for added comfort. Visitors should plan adequate time to enjoy all attractions and rest between activities.

The park contains one of Europe's largest animated pools, complete with decorative rocks and a giant dinosaur figure as its centerpiece. This extraordinary feature makes the location a memorable experience for families visiting the region.
