La Pergola

La Pergola is an upscale restaurant at the Rome Cavalieri Hotel with a dining room decorated with 18th-century candelabras, hand-blown glass, and artworks from the Tiepolo collection. The space brings together old elegance and contemporary cuisine.

The restaurant became established in 1994 under chef Heinz Beck's leadership in Rome's food scene. In 2005 it received three Michelin stars, making it the first and only restaurant in Rome with this rank.
