Sumiyoshi Shrine, Shinto shrine in Fukuoka, Japan
Sumiyoshi Shrine is a Shinto shrine located in Hakata Ward, Fukuoka, Japan.
The shrine was established in the 10th century and is dedicated to the three Sumiyoshi okami.
It is one of the many Sumiyoshi shrines found across Japan, which are known for their unique straight-line architecture.
The shrine is open to the public and hosts several festivals throughout the year.
Unlike other Sumiyoshi shrines, it also enshrines Emperor Ōjin.
