JRJP Hakata Building

The JRJP Hakata Building is an office structure in Hakata-eki-chūōgai with clean geometric lines and contemporary facades of glass and steel that stand out among surrounding structures. The ground level and lower floors host retail outlets and restaurants open to the public, while upper stories serve as corporate office space.

The structure was completed in 2016 and marks a modern addition to the continually growing business area around Hakata Station. The design came from a leading Japanese architecture firm known for large-scale commercial projects.

The building sits within the busy business district surrounding the station and brings together office spaces with retail areas that serve commuters and visitors daily.

The building sits directly next to the station with easy access to trains, buses, and taxis, making arrival and movement around the area straightforward. The retail spaces on the ground floor are easily accessible to visitors during normal business hours.
