Miyanomori International Museum of Art, Sapporo

Located atop Moiwa Hill, the Miyanomori International Museum of Art spans multiple galleries showcasing Japanese and international contemporary art through diverse exhibitions.

The museum opened its doors in April 2006, establishing itself as the primary contemporary art institution in Hokkaido with a collection of 3000 photographs by Daido Moriyama.
