ザ・ライオンズ大通公園タワー

The Lions Odori Park Tower is a 30-story residential building rising 95 meters (312 feet) in central Sapporo. The structure features glass curtain walls at its southeast and southwest corners, housing 98 residential units throughout.

The tower was completed in 2012 on the site of the former Sapporo Daiichi Hotel, becoming the second high-rise structure to face Odori Park after the Hokuyo Odori Center. This development reflected changing patterns of urban construction at this central location.

The name ties the location to the nearby Odori Park, anchoring this tower's identity to one of Sapporo's key public spaces. Its evening lighting creates a visual landmark that residents and passersby notice and recognize.

The building sits about two minutes' walk from Nishi 11-chome subway station, making it easy to reach by public transport. As a residential building, only the ground-level lobby area is accessible to the general public.
