The construction of this modern complex began in April 2018 and reached completion in March 2020, with the Miredo shopping center opening in June 2020.
The second floor houses the Icoi Lounge, incorporating natural elements with trees and open spaces for visitors to experience Japanese design principles.
Located one minute from Sapporo subway station and five minutes from JR Sapporo station, the building connects to the Chi-Ka-Ho underground walkway.
The structure employs a seismic control system and combines office spaces from floors 3 to 14 with three floors of retail space in the Miredo shopping center.
