Kodemmachō Station, metro station in Chuo, Tokyo, Japan

Kodemmachō Station is an underground metro stop in the Nihonbashi-Kodenmachō area with two tracks and two platforms. The station features a straightforward design with clear signage in both Japanese and English to guide passengers.

The station opened in 1962 and has been part of the city's daily flow ever since. After a poison gas attack in 1995 in which four people died, it continued to serve as a reliable transit hub for the city.

The station is easy to navigate with multiple exits leading to busy streets and nearby areas. You can walk to nearby stations such as Bakurochō or Shin-Nihombashi in less than ten minutes if you need to change lines.

The station serves as a connection point for the Hibiya Line, providing access to diverse areas like Ginza, Roppongi, Ueno, and Kita-Senju. Its straightforward, no-frills approach appeals to those moving through the city on their daily schedule.
