Kakyoin Square

Kakyoin Square is a contemporary skyscraper in Sendai with 23 floors rising to approximately 106 meters. The structure combines office spaces with convenient access to local transportation networks and is an integral part of the city's commercial landscape.

The building was constructed between 1997 and 1999 under the development and design leadership of Mitsubishi Estate Company. This project marked an important addition to Sendai's commercial architecture during the late 1990s urban expansion.

The building represents the evolution of Japanese urban architecture, incorporating local design elements while maintaining functional office spaces.
